Passeio

Passeio do Cerrado is a strategic development and landscape project created for Inframerica, combining masterplanning, landscape architecture and the structuring of new uses and assets within the territory.
The work was developed from an integrated perspective, encompassing the definition of the masterplan, the strategic planning of occupation, the organization of development phases and the design of the main landscape and architectural structures that support the project.
More than defining a physical layout, the project established a framework for the progressive transformation of the area, identifying opportunities for activation, public use, leisure, commercial uses and new experiences connected to the Cerrado landscape.
The proposal combines territorial strategy, landscape assets, architecture and landscape design, creating a coherent system capable of guiding both the spatial development and the future operation of the project.
Through this approach, Passeio do Cerrado was conceived as a new destination structured around landscape, experience and long-term value creation.
