The concession structuring project for the Serra do Rio do Rastro Lookout, in Lauro Müller, Santa Catarina, covers an area of approximately 500,000 m² and aims to consolidate one of the state’s most iconic landmarks as a high-quality tourism destination fully integrated with its natural landscape. The scope combines feasibility structuring, masterplanning, and landscape design, enhancing the existing lookout and connecting it to new attractions, including a cable car, leisure and scenic experiences, services, food and beverage, and retail facilities, as well as assessing the potential for hospitality and lodging development. The strategy seeks to increase visitor dwell time and diversify the range of experiences, create new revenue streams for the concession, and strengthen the relationship between tourism infrastructure, scenic heritage, and the unique natural environment of Serra do Rio do Rastro.
