Marista 262
The landscape does not merely surround — it invites, welcomes and transforms the way of living. It creates value and belonging.
At Marista 262, shared spaces were conceived as a continuation of the landscape. Each element—from vegetation to leisure areas—acts in an integrated way, creating a sensitive and functional experience where everyday life meets climatic comfort, aesthetics, and community.
Landscape architecture organizes the environments across different scales of use, composing a narrative of encounters: tree-lined plazas, resting areas, open lounges, and play spaces designed with care and attention to the human scale. Vegetation embraces and stitches these spaces together, offering shade, texture, and a sense of refuge.
Pools, sauna, and living areas are not merely amenities—they are places where water, greenery, and silence work together to create well-being. The connection with the neighborhood’s natural surroundings is enhanced through fluid paths, visual permeability, and openness to light, wind, and the passage of time.
More than leisure, the project fosters meaningful coexistence and a sense of belonging. Common spaces become part of daily life, translating into form the mission of designing living landscapes—capable of regenerating relationships, valuing time, and strengthening the bond between people, nature, and the city.
Elegance that does not impose itself — it unfolds through time, materiality and landscape.
