Plantar

Futura

Architecture that organizes, nature that activates — an experience designed to perform, be felt and endure.

In the FUTURA Project, developed for Sunprime Empreendimentos, Plantar acts in the creation of a vertical urban landscape where architecture, collective life and nature are articulated as a single living system. The development emerges as a hybrid territory — residential, gastronomic and leisure-oriented — conceived to activate the city, enrich everyday experiences and project a contemporary vision of the future.

Plantar’s intervention is structured around the creation of suspended biophilic plazas, distributed throughout the building as platforms for breathing, gathering and permanence. These elevated spaces function as extensions of the public realm in the vertical plane, integrating abundant vegetation, custom-designed furniture and shared areas that promote well-being, sociability and sensory contact with nature. Vegetation plays a central role, shaping microclimates, filtering light and stitching interior and exterior spaces through an organic and contemporary language.

At the heart of the project, a symbolic sun organizes and inspires the collective spaces, materializing ideas of energy, vitality and horizon. This landscape gesture translates the concept of the future as a shared place, where light, movement and encounter become structuring elements of the urban experience.

Between nature and urbanity, a project that transforms everyday life into a collective experience

Leisure areas — decks, lounges, contemplative spaces and areas for active use — orbit this symbolic axis, shaping a landscape designed for different rhythms and ways of inhabiting space.

At ground level and along the building’s interfaces with the city, Plantar develops the integration of the Food Hall with active façades, transforming the building into a permeable and pulsating organism. Restaurants and gastronomic operations open onto the urban realm, stimulating flows, encounters and permanence, and reinforcing the project’s role as a catalyst for urban life. Landscape design follows this logic of openness, creating smooth transitions between sidewalks, interior spaces and green areas, enhancing the pedestrian experience and strengthening the relationship between the development and its surroundings.

The contemporary design of common areas and floor plans responds to a flexible, connected urban way of living. Gardens, leisure areas and shared spaces are conceived as everyday settings, where nature, architecture and design operate as an integrated system. The result is a constructed landscape that extends beyond the building itself — a network of living spaces designed to welcome, activate and transform the experience of living, sharing and inhabiting the city.

In FUTURA, Plantar consolidates its role in creating vertical territories of coexistence, where landscape is not a complement but a structure — articulating biophilia, public use, contemporary design and urban vision in a project that translates the future as a collective, sensitive and living space.
